Landscape Logic and the Applied Environmental Decision Analysis (AEDA) research hub have been awarded co-sponsorship of the 2009 Fenner Conference on the Environment. The Fenner Conference is an annual event run by the Australian Academy of Science and is the country's leading environmental science gathering. To be held in February 2009 in the academy's Shine Dome, the conference has the working title of: The art and science of good environmental decision-making. Landscape Logic is a research hub under the Commonwealth Environmental Research Facilities scheme, managed by the Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts. It is a partnership between six regional organisations, five research institutions and state land management agencies in Tasmania and Victoria.
